Executive Board

Role

The executive board decides all questions of fundamental importance. In particular, it has to allocate the funds given to the institute and to draft the annual report on the institute's activities.

Members

Members of the executive board are the holders of endowed chairs. Additional three members from the faculties of law and economics and business administration are appointed by the President of Goethe University in accordance with the Board of Trustees. Furthermore, two members of the staff of the endowed chairs are appointed in an advisory capacity. The chairperson of the executive board is the managing director of the institute.
