There hasn't been reached an agreement in the Greek debt crisis yet, however, the Greek government has presented its first substantial concessions.

In an interview with CNBC Professor Volker Wieland explains the issues at stake. "For several years now, countries get extra funds but have to engage in reforms. This process is painful but you cannot overthrow it."
