Helmut Siekmann on a constitutional complaint regarding the ECb's bond-buying plan

Three German businessmen are trying to block the European Central Bank’s controversial bond purchase program. Christoph Degenhart, a professor in constitutional law at Leipzig University, is preparing a constitutional complaint in the name of the entrepreneurs Heinrich Weiss, Patrick Adenauer and Juergen Heraeus to be handed in at the German Constitutional Court by the end of April.

In the French businesspaper “Les Echos”, Professor Helmut Siekmann is confident that the Constitutional Court will accept the complaint.
