IMFS Distinguished Lecture with constitutional judge Prof. Peter Huber

On June 29, 2016, Prof. Dr. Peter M. Huber, Federal Constitutional Court, will give a lecture on the financial crisis in the jurisdiction of the Federal Constitutional Court. The IMFS Distinguished Lecture will start at 5:30 p.m.

As justice of the Second Senate, among other things, Huber has dealt with the constitutional complaints and Organstreit proceedings against the OMT program of the European Central Bank.
