Stavros Gadinisis is Assistent Professor of Law at the School of Law of the University of California, Berkeley.
In his lecture Professor Gadinis analyzes the setting of international standards, considering the question why states adopt these standards instead of producing their own laws. The lecture is based on the paper published in the American Journal of International Law (January 2015).
