Duties and Responsibilities
The Board of Directors decides all questions of fundamental importance. In particular, it has to allocate the funds given to the institute and to draft the annual report on the institute's activities.
Members
Members of the Board of Directors are the professorial members of the center. Furthermore, two members of the staff of the centers are appointed. The chairperson of the executive board is the managing director of the institute.
