The XX. edition of the conference "The ECB and Its Watchers" on March 27 will focus on policy normalization, central bank independence and the international spillovers of monetary policy and financial stability concerns. A member of the European Central Bank's (ECB) Executive Board will take part in each panel. ECB President Mario Draghi will deliver the opening speech (tbc).
