Moritz Grosser studied law at the University of Leipzig with a specialization in banking and capital markets law and completed his First State Examination there. He subsequently completed his legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, with placements inter alia at the Regional Court, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in public administration, and at various commercial law firms.
Since July 2024, he has been a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Commercial Law and Banking Law held by Prof. Dr. Katja Langenbucher at the Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. His research focuses on consumer credit law with particular regard to age discrimination, as well as on alternative forms of real estate liquidation.
